Tri Resonance offers complementary wellness services designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and overall well-being.

These services are not medical or mental health care and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed provider. These services are designed to complement the care you receive from licensed professionals.

The practitioner is not a licensed physician or mental health professional and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any condition.

Any reference to “healing” reflects support for general wellness only. No medical advice is provided, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, please call 911 or contact a licensed provider.

Colorado Disclosure

In accordance with the Colorado Natural Health Care Consumer Protection Act:

  • The practitioner is a complementary and alternative health care provider

  • The practitioner is not licensed, certified, or registered by the State of Colorado as a healthcare professional

  • No diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is provided

Your practitioner has extensive training in sound therapy, Reiki, meditation, peer support and trauma-informed care, which support this work.

Scope of Care

Sessions may include vibrational sound therapy, Reiki, Yoga Nidra and other restorative practices that support:

  • Deep relaxation

  • Stress reduction

  • Nervous system balance

  • Mind-body awareness

These services are intended to complement—not replace—licensed medical or mental health care.

Client Responsibility & Informed Consent

By scheduling and participating in services with Tri Resonance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate and updated health information

  • You will consult a healthcare provider when appropriate

  • You understand that services are complementary and not a substitute for medical or mental health care

  • You understand that the practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition

  • You understand that no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed

  • You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental well-being before, during and after sessions

  • You acknowledge that you are choosing to participate voluntarily and give your informed consent to receive services.

Outcomes - No Guarantees

Experiences are unique to each client. While many report meaningful relaxation and relief, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

These services are intended as part of a proactive self-care practice and are not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.

Medical Care

Clients agree to continue working with their licensed healthcare providers and to follow all prescribed treatments and medications.

Age Policy

Clients must be 14 or older. Those under 18 require written consent and a parent or guardian present.

Booking & Cancellation

All services are by appointment only. Appointments are reserved with a card on file. Payment is due on or before your session. Payments not received on time will incur late fees. If you have trouble booking a session or navigating our site please contact Phyllis at Phyllis@TriResonance.com or 303-601-1196.

We honor a 48-hour cancellation policy:

• 48+ hours’ notice: no charge

• Less than 48 hours: full session fee applies

Illness-related cancellations within this window are handled thoughtfully and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Missed appointments and late arrivals are charged in full. Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time.

If you can’t find a date/time that works for you please send an email to Phyllis@TriResonance.com and we can work together to find something that works. Please note that any 2 hour session requires an email request as it is a special booking, they cannot be booked online.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Payment Policy.
