Self-Care Resources

All of us have stress. All of us are aging. All of us deal with grief, trauma, loneliness and illness throughout our lives. That doesn't mean you have to go through these very human and very challenging experiences alone. I am a big proponent of counseling, community and education to help support how you care for your body, mind and spirit.

If you are struggling right now or simply want to level up your self-care, I recommend sessions at Tri Resonance (of course), and I also recommend you check out the info and links below.

If you have any questions or can’t find what you are looking for, you can always reach out to me, and I’ll guide you as best as I can.
