About Tri Resonance
Phyllis “Filly” Harvey, Owner/Practitioner of Tri Resonance
I am a certified practitioner dedicated to creating safe spaces for restoration. My practice, Tri Resonance, was born from my own personal journey through stress from working in the law enforcement field for 34 years, compounded by difficulties with fertility and being a survivor of domestic violence.
In 2018, I realized I was burnt out—not sleeping well, overeating and beyond stressed out. I went on a search for true alignment. What I found changed my life for the better.
Through mindfulness, Reiki, meditation and vibrational sound therapy, I learned how to reset my nervous system. This lit a spark in me to help others in the same way my teachers and practitioners had helped me. Even with it being the height of the COVID pandemic, I opened Tri Resonance’s doors to provide these healing modalities to my community in Lone Tree and nearby South Denver neighborhoods.
A Trauma-Informed Approach
One of the things that sets me apart from some other sound and energy practitioners is my deep commitment to safety. I believe that true rest can only unfold when the nervous system feels secure.
Beyond my 500+ hours of specialized training in sound therapy, Reiki and yoga nidra, I have education in trauma-informed care, mental health first aid, suicide intervention and peer support. While I am not a licensed clinician, my practice is uniquely informed by these disciplines, ensuring that every session is handled with the highest level of compassion, professional ethics and trauma-informed care.
All sessions can go beyond a relaxing experience. At Tri Resonance, that’s the goal.
Beyond the Studio
When I’m not in my Lone Tree studio, you can find me collaborating with businesses on workplace wellness programs and leading community sound baths. As a lifelong Coloradan, it is my greatest honor to give back to the community that raised me.
I love my family and am blessed to live near most of them. I enjoy spending time with all of my people, including my friends and my fur baby, Grace, a 10-year-old standard poodle. I love tea, plants, listening to audiobooks, watching movies and Arsenal matches with family!
