I am excited to share that my events have outgrown my intimate studio! Please look for me at Buka Yoga in Castle Rock and Club Greenwood in Greenwood Village!

Private Groups/Events, Corporate Events, and Retreats:

I am still open to hosting your small groups, maximum of 4 people, in my studio, or come to you! I am also available for retreats, corporate events, and other group events.

We can customize your event for your group. It can include a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, a gong and other sound healing instruments blended with energy healing and/or include a Yoga Nidra meditation or Chakra alignment meditation.

Group sessions will help you find the tranquility you are seeking so you can be your best self for you and everyone else!

Join us for 90 minutes of
Yin and Restorative Yoga blended with Guided Meditation and a Sound Bath.

Benefits:
Facilitates stress relief and deep relaxation, promotes optimal health at a cellular level and leave feeling restored and rejuvenated.
