Studio hours: Mon-Thurs 6:30pm - 8:30pm with sessions beginning at 6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm

** For your first visit please plan for a total of 10-15 additional minutes to allow time for us to review your intake form and talk about what happens in a session. Going forward please plan a few extra minutes to discuss how your session went and what we need to adjust going forward. **
HEALTH SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR ALL CLIENTS: Please make sure you are healthy before any session. Having a session when you are ill can make you feel worse. Please reschedule if you have a contagious, airborne, infectious illness/disease such as COVID, flu, colds, bronchitis or other respiratory illness, sore throat, strep, shingles, etc.
Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST)
For your first visit please plan for a total of 10-15 additional minutes to allow time for us to review your intake form and talk about what happens in a session. Going forward please plan a few extra minutes to discuss how your session went and what we need to adjust going forward. We start with a grounding session which includes some deep breathing to allow you the time and space to settle in so that you can have a deeply relaxing experience and end with reviewing your session so you are alert enough to drive safely.

If you have never had a Reiki session before plan an extra 10-15 minutes for your first session. I am attuned as a Reiki Master.
I include a grounding session with breath work prior to all Reiki sessions.

Yoga Nidra with sound healing
If you have never practiced Yoga Nidra (guided meditation, not movement) plan an extra 10 minutes for your first session. All sessions include a grounding session and crystal singing bowls. Learn more here.

60 minutes: $80 - in person or virtual - includes crystal bowls
90 minutes: $133 ~ This is a combination of Yoga Nidra and sound bath, a Mind ~ Body ~ Spirit immersion.
2 hour Mind ~ Body ~ Spirit session that includes full Yoga Nidra and either a full Reiki session or a full Vibrational Sound Therapy session - $155

The price is variable depending on the number of attendees, location, services provided, etc. A non-refundable deposit is required to book your date. Sound Bath with yoga class or retreat
Yoga instructors, you can book me to play a sound bath during and/or after your class. I am also available for retreats, email me for a customized quote.
Individual Mindfulness Coaching
By appointment only. Coaching is available at the Studio or via video conference (FaceTime, or Zoom)

30 minutes - $40 *only available as either a virtual session or add on to another session
House Clearing - Smudging with Sage and Singing Bowls
I will come to your home or apartment and clear it with Sage smudging and can include healing sound instruments. This helps clear negative energy for new homes, or if you’ve had a lot of work done in your home with others in and out. It is also good to do this if there has been a lot of conflict in the home. Clearing can also be done after someone has been sick or died - home must be fully disinfected prior to clearing. All parties living in the home must be healthy for at least 14 days prior to the clearing.
Home up to 2,000 square feet - $100
Home between 2,001-4,000 square feet - $200

Unless otherwise noted, all fees are expected before or on the day of your session. You can pay via the invoice that is sent via Square, or pay in the studio with cash, Zelle, Venmo or credit card.
I will send an invoice for prepayment or for the purchase of gift certificates. All clients must have a credit card on file to hold session date/time.
**First Responders and Military receive discounts, ask me when you book. ID required.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy - Applies to all sessions: As a courtesy, please notify me 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Without proper notice, you will be required to pay the full fee. If client no-shows they are responsible for the full fee and will be required to prepay for sessions going forward. If you are late paying an invoice there will be a $10 late fee and your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the invoice plus the late fee. If a refund is requested for any reason, the client will be responsible for all fees charged to the practitioner from either Square, her bank or the payment app used.
